Is my vehicle insured during transport?
Yes. All carriers we work with are fully insured. Your vehicle is covered by the carrier’s cargo insurance from pickup to delivery. Proof of coverage is available upon request.
Can I put personal items in the car?
You can place up to 100 lbs of personal items in the trunk or backseat. Anything more may be rejected by the driver, as they are not licensed to haul household goods.
Are you a broker or a carrier?
We’re a licensed and bonded broker (MC# 1744576), not a carrier.
That means we connect you with fully insured, pre-vetted carriers — and handle all the logistics from quote to delivery.

You’ll only pay a broker deposit once we assign a carrier to your shipment.
The remaining balance is paid to the driver upon delivery (cash, cashier’s check, or Zelle).

How soon can you pick up my vehicle?
Pickup usually happens within 1–3 business days after booking. Expedited pickup is available — just let us know your schedule.
What types of vehicles do you ship?
We ship cars, trucks, motorcycles, SUVs, trailers, RVs, heavy equipment, and more. If it rolls (or can be winched), we can move it.
What’s the difference between open and enclosed transport?
Open transport is cheaper and best for everyday vehicles.
Enclosed transport is ideal for exotics, classics, or high-end cars — it protects against weather, road debris, and exposure.
Will my vehicle be picked up at my house?
Yes — we offer door-to-door service. The driver will pick up and deliver as close as possible to your provided addresses. Some areas may require a nearby meeting point if the truck can’t access narrow roads.
